Maria Swanegan earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Illinois State University. She has worked for Department of Family Services, in a classroom environment and also in a children's home in Illinois. She brings with her a wide variety of experience not only in working both with children and families in crisis, but also with confidential data. She has enjoyed opportunities to travel to London and Paris, as well as all over Mexico for pleasure and for visiting family.
