MU sends more students to study overseas than any other college or university in Missouri and offers over 300 study-abroad programs.
Traveling abroad can present some unique challenges, as travel options differ greatly from country to country. The best advice is to find a good guide book and do your research before you go, so you have an idea of the safest and easiest way to travel in your host location(s). Once you're abroad make sure to ask locals for their recommendations and remember to stay flexible!
Make sure to research some of the following aspects of your travel before getting there and once you are on the ground.
