- Navigate the forms either with the TAB key or with your mouse.
- Check/uncheck boxes by clicking on them.
- To view these forms, you must have the freely availableAdobe Acrobat READER, installed on your computer.
- You must immediately print each form after filling it out. You CANNOT save entered data for future use unless you have the full (not free!) Acrobat software program.
- When you are done, print out the form, sign and turn it in to the International Center along with the other required application materials. Not every blank of every form can necessarily be filled out on the computer (i.e. parts of the the course proposal form). In these cases, you should complete as much as possible, print the form, and fill out the remainder manually.
