He recruits government officials, scholars and students from China and Taiwan to come to MU for non-degree professional enrichment. He designs, arranges and oversees these programs. In addition, Gary offers students, faculty members and people in the community cultural tours to China with up-close experience, and maintains close work relationships with government agencies and educational institutions in the greater China regions.
