Pre-arrival registration for undergraduates

International Student Registration and Orientation

What is ISRO?

ISRO is for undergraduate international students in F-1 or J-1 status who plan to attend MU in the fall or spring semester. By completing ISRO, you will sign up for your immigration check-in session, orientation session, English language exam and academic advising appointment. You may begin the ISRO process once you pay the enrollment fee. During ISRO, you will provide preferences for a course schedule and give your academic adviser permission to pre-enroll you in a partial course schedule for your first semester at MU.

ISRO allows you to:

  • Enroll in classes before you arrive on MU's campus
  • Register for International Student Welcome
  • Reserve your seat for your immigration check-in session
  • Sign up for the English language exam

To get started, view the ISRO guide and complete ISRO before July 15, 2017.

  • For students who are currently residing outside the U.S.: F-1 and J-1 undergraduate international students are required to complete ISRO and attend International Student Welcome.
  • For students who are attending a U.S. high school or intensive English program: F-1 and J-1 freshmen international students are required to complete ISRO and attend International Student Welcome.
