It\u2019s now my second month in Korea, and it\u2019s honestly so amazing! I\u2019ve really started to settle into things here, and I have enjoyed seeing the seasons change from summer to fall. The leaves and trees here are so vibrant, and I love how beautiful the weather and nature are! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the food is honestly phenomenal. Maybe it\u2019s because I was raised on Korean food, but I have yet to get sick of it. There\u2019s so much variety in Korean food, and everything is relatively cheap and healthy! Of course, sometimes I do miss the U.S. and American food, but it\u2019s always interesting to see restaurants here in Korea that market their food to be \u201creal American\u201d style! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another thing that I am looking forward to is how affordable it is to travel within Korea, as well as to other Asian countries from Korea. Next week I will be going to Hong Kong, and I genuinely am so excited to be able to visit other countries and see more of the world. It\u2019s exciting to know just how different the rest of the world is from the U.S., and be able to witness it first hand!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have also enjoyed comparing things that I did in the U.S. to what I do in Korea. In the U.S., movie theater popcorn is always super expensive, so I rarely find myself buying it. However, in Korea, movie theater popcorn is relatively cheap and comes in various flavors, such as caramel and onion-flavored popcorn!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also recently went to a cat cafe in Seoul, and I loved it sooooo much. The cats were all so pretty and friendly, and the experience was a lot different than what I was used to back in the U.S.! In the coming weeks, I will be doing a lot of traveling in Korea as well as out of Korea, so I\u2019m excited to see what new experiences I\u2019ll have next!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
