Costa Rica is one of the most beautiful places I\u2019ve ever been to. The flora, the fauna, are vibrant with rich colors and the people here exude that vibrancy as well. I\u2019ve made so many friends abroad and I have met people that are very important to me and have changed my life even. This was my first time studying abroad so I had no idea what to expect, but I\u2019m so grateful for the time I got to spend with my group of nine in Costa Rica, just learning Spanish and laughing together. Everybody was so accommodating and kind hearted here. In school, I not only learned Spanish, but how to dance bachata and salsa too, not that I\u2019m any good at it, but it was fun to learn. In Costa Rica, \u201cPura Vida\u201d is the way of life. It also can mean almost anything depending on how you say it. It can mean hello, goodbye, how are you or even a response to someone asking how you are. It\u2019s flexible, it\u2019s fluid, but the connotation is always the same. It reminds me a lot of the country it self. It\u2019s \u201ctica time\u201d and it\u2019s relaxed vibe. I\u2019m going to miss this place.
