Greetings from Greece! I\u2019ve spent a total of six weeks abroad, and I have cherished every single second! Not only have I been fully immersed in Greek culture through my time spent at the private school but also by trying Greek cuisine, navigating public transportation, meeting fascinating individuals who are so welcoming, exploring the Greek language and getting a chance to discover what impact I can make during my time spent here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s truly been a rewarding experience interacting and learning the culture. We\u2019ve also gotten the opportunity to teach at Solidarity Now. This organization provides social services such as job and housing opportunities, legal assistance and free educational classes for vulnerable populations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This experience has been rewarding and eye opening. I\u2019ve gotten the chance to work with individuals from all over the world and they have taught me so much about their languages and cultures. During an extended holiday weekend my friends and I went on a trip to Italy! We explored Rome, Florence and Milan in just three days! The Colosseum was gorgeous, the pasta was delectable and the memories made will forever be remembered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was phenomenal exploring the country and getting a taste of Italian culture! My friends and I have spent lots of time exploring Athens, Milos and Paros. Greece is so beautiful and has the yummiest food, coolest people and breathtaking views. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the Acropolis, to beautiful beaches in Milos and the lively town of Naoussa in Paros, Greece truly has my heart! I hope to return in the future to relive this experience and met up with some of the most amazing people!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
