Katie has a master's degree in global studies and a bachelor's degree in Spanish from Missouri State University. While completing her undergraduate degree, she studied abroad in Salamanca, Spain, and spent one summer volunteering with a nonprofit organization in Honduras. Katie enjoys being outdoors, traveling and spending time with her dog, Mocha.
