During my first week of studying abroad, I took the cultural introduction class, where I traveled across Italy and saw many attractions. As someone who has never been to Europe before, this experience has been surreal. I was able to visit: Orvieto, Perugia, Rome and Vatican City. During just my short time abroad, I have made many friends from across the country. I have met people from Johnson and Wales, Endicott College and Penn State, to name a few.

This picture is of two friends I made from Endicott and one friend from Mizzou. It is nice talking to everyone abroad as everyone is friendly and trying to make friends. I have just arrived in Florence and have met my six other roommates. I hope to get along with them and make great memories while abroad.
