Snowy streets in Amsterdam

While I spent time in Amsterdam, I enjoyed many of the activities they had to offer. I went to the Van Gough museum, Anne Frank House, the Lookout and more. Walking through the streets of Amsterdam wasn’t exactly how I pictured it to be.

There was slush and snow blanketing the ground all over. Snow doesn’t seem like that big of a deal, but for the people of Amsterdam, it was the first time it had snowed in over 10 years!

I was thrilled to experience this and it truly made the city even more beautiful. We witnessed school kids having snowball fights and even some of our own students having snowball fights. The snow gave the city a relaxing break and a picture-perfect view.
