I had such an amazing time during my study abroad program in Belize. I was able to make so many new friends within my cohort, which I was not expecting at all, but I am very grateful that I did. I was very nervous about going to a new country with people I knew but wasn’t very close to, but by the end of the program we were so close with each other. We would eat breakfast, grab coffee, do homework and even go out to eat together. Belize is such a beautiful country and I’m so glad that I had the opportunity to explore it and earn clinical hours with amazing people.
