Hello! Today I am writing to you from a cafe overlooking the Mediterranean in a town called Villefranche-sur-mer. Since I am nearing the end of my study abroad, I have had more time to travel and slow down and it has been phenomenal.

I have had time to reflect on the things I learned while still experiencing new places and cultures. My advice I’ve learned from the past month is that spring is definitely my recommendation for studying abroad. You study during the cold months then when you finally get a break near the end it is the perfect weather to explore the beach, hike or enjoy a coffee on a terrace.

I have loved my time in Lyon. It’s a city which granted me lots of friends, laughs and learning experiences.
