French Language and Culture in Paris and the Riviera

Immerse yourself in French culture as you improve your language skills and develop a global perspective. Explore Antibes, one of the liveliest cities in the Riviera, and Paris through museum visits and excursions on this program led by an MU faculty member. Enroll in these MU courses:

University Jean Moulin – Lyon III 

Study business, law or the humanities in Lyon, the second largest metro area in France, and immerse yourself into its rich culture and history dating back to the Roman times. Spend a fall or spring semester or academic year at one of the top 10 universities in France and boost your resume and intercultural experience. 

CEA CAPA: Summer Intensive French Language in Aix-en-Provence 

Improve your French language proficiency in four weeks over the summer. You will enroll in a French language course designed for your language level and will supplement that classroom experience with academic outings and cultural activities, such as theater performances or festivals. This program is for students with high-beginning or above French speaking levels and will be instructed in French.  

IES Abroad: Language and Area Studies in Nantes 

Participate in this program for a full immersion into French culture and society. You will improve your written and verbal proficiency in French as well as explore contemporary France and its role in the European Union. 

IES Abroad: Summer Language Immersion in Paris 

Immerse yourself in the French language and culture in the city of Paris on this intermediate to advanced language summer program. You will be taught in French and have the opportunity to participate in site visits to locations of cultural importance. You will also take day trips to locations outside of Paris.
