Strengthen your Spanish language skills this winter break while exploring the natural beauty and vibrant culture of Costa Rica. Earn three credits and fully immerse yourself in Costa Rican culture by participating in Latin dance classes, authentic cooking classes and excursions. Study abroad next winter break on the Race and Politics in South Africa program! Spend 10 days in Cape Town exploring the history and ongoing legacies of racialized rule. Examine the nexus between race and politics in the history of South Africa through seminars, guest lectures and tours. Study abroad next winter break on the Biodiversity and Environmental Conservation in Ecuador program! Earn six credits in biological and environmental sciences as you experience some of the rarest and most beautiful ecosystems in the world and learn about the environmental impacts that people are having there today.
