Walk-in advising

For short (15 minutes or less) questions, no appointment necessary. Sign-up for walk-in advising ends 15 minutes prior to the end of the session.

For questions requiring more than 15 minutes, international students and scholars should email their assigned adviser

Study abroad (outside the U.S.)

  • To learn the basics about study abroad: Attend Study Abroad 101, held at 2 p.m. Monday–Friday during the fall and spring semesters.
  • For initial questions: Come to the International Center during regular office hours to speak with the study abroad assistant or a peer adviser.
  • To meet with a study abroad adviser: Once you've attended Study Abroad 101 and narrowed down your program options, schedule an appointment through MU Connect.
