Parker graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor's degree in journalism and a Spanish minor. In undergrad, he focused his coursework on digital ethics and web-based storytelling. He was a participant in the Global Advisers Immersion Program in 2024 where he traveled to Dublin, Ireland, getting a peek at the experience of Mizzou students abroad. In his free time, Parker likes to stay active and explore state parks.
