International Programs was pleased to facilitate a new cooperative agreement between the University of Missouri and Toktomamatov International University in Jalal-Abad. The agreement was signed by Dr. Mary Stegmaier, vice provost for International Programs, while she was leading the Politics and Society in Central Asia study abroad program in Kyrgyzstan during July.
