The International Center is pleased to welcome Alena Enaryeva, who is visiting MU as part of the Fulbright Russian International Education Administration Program. Enaryeva is a translator/interpreter and international projects specialist at the International Office of Dostoevsky Omsk State University in Omsk, Russia. She graduated from the Omsk Institute of Foreign Languages with a degree in translation in 2009 and joined the International Office in the same year.

In her current position, she is responsible for the administration of international projects; organization of international visits, conferences, and other educational and cultural events; working with Fulbright ETA grantees; providing support for incoming international students and faculty; advising on international exchanges and the integration of international students into the educational process; and administration of international programs for Russian as a foreign language. Enaryeva also oversees two special projects, Spanish Language and Mexican Culture and Japanese Culture in Omsk, which bring professors from Mexico and Japan to Omsk to teach Russian university students about their countries’ culture, history and economy.
