International Programs Events

Interested in an international career but not sure how to get there? Join retired U.S. ambassador to Malawi and MU alumnus David J. Young for conversation about the many pathways and opportunities to work internationally. Ambassador Young will share how his own diverse experience — including a bachelor’s degree in journalism, ecumenical studies in Ireland and master’s degrees in social ethics and international relations — prepared him for a successful career in the U.S. Foreign Service and will offer advice for students. The session will conclude with time for Q&A.

This event will be held on Zoom — register in advance.
