Labor Condition Application filing notices

Pursuant to 20 CFR 655.734, the University of Missouri is providing notice that H-1B workers are being sought for the occupations and worksites listed below. All notices of filing below are posted for a period of at least 10 consecutive calendar days.

Copies of the Labor Condition Application and necessary supporting documentation required by the Department of Labor are available in the International Center (N52 Memorial Union). For clinical cases with the School of Medicine, copies of the Labor Condition Application and necessary supporting documentation required by the Department of Labor are available at School of Medicine Human Resources.

Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the Labor Condition Application or failure to comply with the terms of the Labor Condition Application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor.
